I also noticed that headlight jets are no longer flush with the bumper. The headlight washers will only function when the headlights are turned on. Just pull back the lever and all 4 jets will activate. After having headlight washers for over 10 years in a number of bmw's, they still work when it is cold outside. Washer jets were giving me a headache last few days.
