The passenger side fan is working when my engine temp reaches its point. I have a 2011 audi q5, we've had a pretty warm winter this year in alberta but yesterday was very cold. However, the high setting on the heater fan is supposed to override this and the fan does work when the car is first started and very cold. I have an audi q5 2009. Do this by lifting the hood and listening carefully.
