There was white smoke coming from audi a4 won't start 1 answer. What does the epc light mean. The epc light came on while i was parked in a parking lot. My a4 1.8t just stalled while in idle. Car will not start, no head lights. My car had the exact same symptoms which finally led to a crank/no start symptom. My battery went out and i changed to a new one and my 2004 audi a4 1.8t engine wont start, the battery is fine i already checked that and i just got an oil change on it yesterday the right oil was put in. My 2007 audi a4 2.0t had its battery replaced about 7 months ago and was working completely fine. I tried to start the engine but it wouldn't the next day i went to run errands. Just bought car unfortunately was driving and all of a sudden.

Epc light was on with my audi for long time. Would take a little bit longer to start. The epc light came on while i was parked in a parking lot. The security light came on after you replaced the sterring column what can you do it wont start what should you do?
