I'm quite sure that the battery is not dead. Audi vw control modules wake up with out ignition, start authorization module diy www.edgemotors.com. Check the battery that happens if you dontdrive it for somo time. Turn ignition on,check on ur speedo for flashing lite(look like key),if lite is flashing you will need reprogram 1 answer. Trying to jump start it achieved nothing. My 2006 a4 audi doesn't wanna start,everything is on jus the engine that doesn't turn on.it gives funny sound like something is been locked. I have a 2006 audi a6(3.2) and yesterday spontaneously it refused to start. I sat idle for 15 minutes and kept trying but it would just keep on cranking, i then turned the key and gave it some gas at the same time and then it started. I put the key in, the accessories all turn on, however when i turn the ignition nothing happens. 2006 audi a6 will start but dies.
Tried to jump start no noise at all where is starter and/or solenoid lcated on this car does anyone have electrical schematic.
