The car will turn over but wont start! When turning to the on position everything lights up but the car wont even try to crank. Battery voltage drops significantly in colder temperatures. The other reason might be the fuel section is dirty and need some service. Change the windshield wipers because the freezing weather might have cracked them. The radio is working and so does the headlights.
