Is there a fix for this engine vibration? It could be a crank case valve by the valvecover,let the car idle and try to take oil cap off if u cant take it off the valve is bad let me if that helps. My manual idles so smoothly you can barely tell its on. Looked under hood they unplugged pressure so yesterday started problem with idle , when i'm driving and pressing the clutch it goes down to ~ 850 rpms and goes then back to ~ 1500 to 1800. Correction, idle vibration is inherent in tiptronic 2.0t b7s. Then after a month it started surging like in the video. Former '04 beetle tdi, now 2x '15 audi q5 tdi's, 2007 dodge ram 4x4 6.7. When i accelerate it goes away and then returns again when i am at idle. As an owner of a b7 tiptronic a4, i can attest to the vibrations. Started as a gentle vibration and slight knocking.
My vibration is definitely linked to rpm.

Lower control arm bushings broke, causing severe wheel vibration & rough ride. Took it in and they walnut blasted to clean out the carbon on my intake. Cost was $750 to repair & replace. Especially when the a/c is on, i can feel the vibration pretty good while stepping on the brake peddle, and i just thought that it shouldn't be like this. If i get the rpms above 1000, the vibration reduces quite a bit.
