So i have a 98 audi a4 1.8t. I have a audi 2008 (b7) a4. I have replaced the speed sensor but the problem persists. Has a ko4 turbo upgrade, 350cc injectors. But before i do i just wanted to know some common problems that i should be weary of. I have the opportunity to buy a 2004 audi a4 1.8t with automatic transmission at a really good price. It's a nice looking car, i haven't sat in or driven it. I know it needs new coil packs. I know how expensive audi parts are and don't want to dish out tons of gas down. Anyway, any basic suggestions on what to look for and what to expect would be appreciated.
Could that be why its cuting out at like 10 psi?
An 04 audi a4 running really rough at idle , traced to a vacuum leak, very common issues with these cars as well as check valves. Around like 10 psi or so it like cuts out and lags.
